Shipping policy

Until that line is replaced with real supplier numbers, we do not advertise next day, 2–4 days, or duties paid.

Where we ship: United Kingdom (mainland) by default.

How long it takes (structure):

• Processing: Fill in shipping times here.
• - UK/EU warehouse to UK: Fill in shipping times here.
• - China to UK: Fill in shipping times here. Customs can add time.
• - Tracking: emailed when the carrier scan exists. If there is no tracking number 48 hours after a paid order, we chase the supplier.

What you pay: qualifying UK orders ship free over a threshold we will publish with the real number. Checkout shows shipping before you pay.

 

Duties and VAT: prices are GBP. We will not print “customs and duties included” until that is actually how we ship.

 

Lost in transit: if tracking stops for a long stretch after the last scan, email us. We reship or refund.
