How long will my order take?
Fill in shipping times here. UK orders usually go out after the supplier confirms the item. The Shipping policy has the full structure.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes — mainland UK is the default.
Will I have to pay customs or extra VAT?
Checkout should show the total we are charging. We will not print duties included until that is actually true.
How do I track a parcel?
When the carrier creates a tracking number we email it. If you have heard nothing 48 hours after purchase, email us.
What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or wrong items: we cover return postage. Change of mind: you cover it.
The item arrived damaged or incomplete
Photograph the parcel, the damage, and the packing slip. Email those with your order number.
Can I change the address after I order?
If we have not passed the order to the supplier, yes. Email as soon as you notice.
Are colours exactly as on screen?
Screens still lie. If colour is critical, ask us for a closer crop before you buy.
